Reimagine Luxury Tea

Our interpretation of luxury tea is not defined by price, but by worth. Luxury tea is worthy of our time, our trust, and our respect. At Fort Sanctuary, true luxury is cultivated through vision, discipline, patience, and the courage to pursue what others believe is impossible.

This pursuit has led us beyond the creation of exceptional tea. It has given rise to the Singapore Expression, a philosophy where nature, craftsmanship, innovation, and humanity become one.

We do not simply present tea. We champion the Singapore Expression.

Step 1. Put leaves into pot/lidded cup.

Use the right amount of leaves and apply the right steep times to bring out the best in the tea leaves.

See our guide for the recommended brews for our tea leaves.

Step 2. Fill pot/cup with hot water, allow to infuse.

Water temperature >98°C; near boiling temperature.

Use the freshest filtered water possible.

Watch the steep time, but feel free to experiment.

Step 3. When brewed to your preferred strength, decant & serve.

Authentic Wuyi rock-essence tea leaves easily hold up to more than 10 brews (for Connoisseur’s brew) or 5 brews (for Normal brew).

For insights into transitions between the brews, please contact us at support@fortsanctuary.com.
