How is it possible to produce tea leaves when we do not even have native tea plants? Such a notion, at first glance, appears absurd. Yet, our experience challenges conventional wisdom, revealing a unique phenomenon: tea leaves, rested and aged in Singapore, develop unique, unparalleled flavors that defy expectations.

We could have ignored this phenomenon, dismissed it as inconsequential, and carried on as ordinary people might. But do we conform to prevailing beliefs, even if they do not align with reality? Or do we embrace the challenge of proving the skeptics wrong, of standing firm in our vision and sharing what we have witnessed?

Rather than dismissing anomaly, we chose to embrace it. Inspired by the indomitable spirit of our nation’s founders, who defied skepticism and transformed a resource-scarce island into a global metropolis, we embarked on this unconventional journey. Our forebears, confronted with seemingly insurmountable odds, persevered and prospered. If they could achieve the extraordinary, surely we can too.
