world's finest contemporary specialty teas

How to make the finest specialty tea using Fort Sanctuary Wuyi Rock-essence Specialty Tea?
There are many ways you may use these tea leaves.
We recommend two types of brews – the Connoisseur’s brew & the Aficionado’s brew.
For teapots and teacups, ceramic is best. Avoid using metal; tea reacts with metal, producing odors that pollute the drink.
For connoisseurs, they use small porcelain pots or lidded cups.
Step 1. Put leaves into pot/lidded cup.
Use the right amount of leaves and apply the right steep times to bring out the best in the tea leaves.
See our guide for the recommended brews for our tea leaves.
Step 2. Fill pot/cup with hot water, allow to infuse.
Water temperature >98°C; near boiling temperature.
Use the freshest filtered water possible.
Watch the steep time, but feel free to experiment.
Step 3. When brewed to your preferred strength, decant & serve.
